Shipping policy

In stock products ship within one week of order date. You will be notified of any backorders within 3 business days of placing your order. Shipping cost is calculated based on product size and weight. If you feel the shipping cost is not calculating properly, please contact us.

Insurance is not provided with all shipment methods. We are not responsible for missing or lost shipments. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to select a shipping method which includes insurance if desired. If a shipping method which includes insurance is chosen, the carrier is responsible for coverage. We, BulkHeirlooms.com, do not offer insurance. We may, however, help facilitate the claims process of an order is lost or missing. Please contact us at info@bulkheirlooms.com if you feel your order may qualify for insurance coverage.

We get some questions regarding shipping price, so we've including the following in an effort to be clear and transparent:
We realize some of our competitors offer free or reduced shipping charges. Our calculated shipping is a better value to our customers, since it is charged on a per order basis, rather than per item. We also include packaging materials and labor into our shipping price. We do not want to pad associated shipping costs into product markup!!!

Our calculated shipping is the best value for you. Since it is on a per order basis, this brings overall product cost down.
